• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• At this time, international shipping is not available. We may introduce international shipping in the future.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

• If applicable, shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

• Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is not delivered due to our error.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

• If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct and complete at the time of placing the order.

• Forever Jewels will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

• If you have already accepted the package and find an issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
